Mushrooms are rich in protein, essential amino acids, low in fat, and contain many biologically active ingredients, contributing to the prevention and treatment of diseases. The polysaccharides in mushrooms have the ability to activate cellular immunity, helping to strengthen the immune system. In experiments, most edible mushrooms have the ability to inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
